iOS: 14.5
How to Update:
Setting > General > Update

WatchOS: 7.4
How to Update:
First, update your iPhone to iOS 14.5. Then, open the Watch app on your iPhone. Go to General > Software Update.
If you’re trying to update an Apple Watch Series 3 you’re probably going to get a notification that you’re out of space. To fix this you will need to unpair your watch from your iPhone (essentially restoring your watch to factory settings). Then, set it up as a new watch and update it immediately.
